Installing Plant and Machinery	We have expert team to install an new plant along with Civil work and Machinery. We provide a complete end-to-end support.
Turnkey solutions	From Planning to production maintenance, we handle every part of your needs, you investment is effectively managed by us.
Kitchen Plants
Installation	Though our products can be self installed, we still give your installation support at an effordable cost.
Service support (AMC)	Post installation we handle your plant wiht or without AMC. We do regular mainteance or preventive service.
Collection of FOM/LFOM	We collecct FOM/LFOM from your kitchen and pay you for your contribution.
Filling Station Services
Vehicle CNG Kit Repair Service	During the day (9 AM to 6 PM) filling stations are provided with specialized mechanics, available for CNG kit repair and maintenance. These may include checking for leaks and fittings or engine diagnostics.
CNG cylinder testing	During the day (9 AM to 6 PM) filling stations perform periodic testing of CNG cylinders to ensure safety and compliance with regulations on request of the customer.
Regular Maintainence of Pipe lines	For Piped services.
Calibration of Metering	For Piped services with retail metering.

Scope of Turnkey Solution for Construction and Maintainence of Large Plants:

10	Providing Market support. Enabling required agreement with Oil companies and others for sale of produces of the plant as required and ensuring the smooth production and distribution of the produces.
11	Production Management   a. Ensuring proper mounting of the raw material availability and if required planning alternative for raw material.   b. Sourcing all raw material and spares for smooth functioning of the plant except Napier Grass or other Bio sources.   c. In case of Napier grass and other Bio Sources, monitoring the quality and quantity and advising the relevant staff about required improvements and following up with staff to ensure smooth saucing of the raw material.   d. Optimising the plant performance during the production.   e. Advice and Support preventive maintenance activities.
12	Documentation & Training   a. Providing detailed documentation at every step of the project and training the staff from time to time in proper plant management and other related aspects.   b. Providing video resources of all process (where applicable for visual experience)   c. Providing detailed operation maintenance plant during construction and production.
13	Providing Manpower and Related services   a. Defining HR policy and documenting the policy.   b. Identifying and sourcing of the manpower required     i. On fulltime basis     ii. Contract basis   c. Training and Preparing the resource and providing them with the required documentation.   d. Monitoring the resource attendance (leaves/absents), pay roll, performance.   e. Substituting a resource requesting for long leave.   f. Tracking resource though bio-meteoric devices or tracking the field staff.   g. Managing resources rosters   h. Handling their payments (deductions and incentives).   i. Tax management of the resources.
14	Finance Monitoring and Advices   a. Providing regular reports on income and expenses and other finance related operations and controlling the cash flow of the company.   b. Give live overview of the company financial process and mentoring and advising all expenses and income sources.
15	Quality Control   a. Quality control is active though     i. Defining clear specifications.     ii. Validating specifications against the deliverables.     iii. Prodding detailed engineering with clear documents and guidelines.     iv. Monitoring each stage with audited results and documentation.     v.
